The head of the department history at the University of Zakho participated in scientific symposiums at the Raparin University

On Sunday, 7th of May, 2017, Assist. Prof. Dr. Huger Taher Tawfiq, Head of the Department of History / University of Zakho, participated in scientific symposiums entitled " Islam and preachers of the Kurdistan region: cooperation and difference" at the Department of History of the Faculty of Humanities - Raparin University.
It is worth mentioning that, Dr. Huger Taher Tawfiq presented a lecture entitled "Relations between the Kurds and Armenians at present", for 20 minutes.
At the end of the speech, the door opened for the interventions, and many constructive discussions were held between him and the audience. The Coordination Committee expressed their pleasure for the presence of Dr. Huger in this symposium and extended special thanks to him for his outstanding efforts in the workshop.
